Orders and payments

We use your contact and delivery information to process orders, provide receipts, ship products and respond to support requests. Whop processes payments. Private order details require your order access token; please do not share your confirmation link.

Rescue email updates

When you choose to subscribe, Furry Foundation stores your first name, normalized email address, signup time, cat interests, acquisition source and campaign information. We retain the consent wording, version and timestamp, and preserve unsubscribe and suppression history. Subscriber records and exports are private. Eligible subscriber names and email addresses may be transferred to Moosend when our email marketing service is connected; unsubscribed and suppressed contacts are excluded.

Subscribing is free and includes updates about your selected cat, other rescue stories and occasional support-related communications. Unsubscribe using the link in an email, or contact support@furryfoundation.net. We will not automatically reactivate an unsubscribed contact. Marketing email consent is separate from advertising permission.

Where advertising measurement is permitted, a successful new subscription sends a standard Lead event to Meta with a unique registration identifier, but no name or email. Existing subscribers, unsuccessful attempts and page refreshes do not generate another Lead. Lightweight page visit and story-click counts are stored separately without contact details. Campaign parameters must not contain personal information; we do not store Meta click identifiers with subscriber records.

Advertising measurement

Where permitted, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to report page visits and verified purchases to Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Meta receives browser and device information, IP address, page URL, advertising cookies and identifiers, and for purchases the total in USD and a unique order-based event identifier. Server purchase reports include the original browser information and IP address when available, but no advertising cookies or customer matching fields. We do not provide your name, email, phone number, billing or shipping address to Meta, and do not enable automatic form-data matching.

Advertising tracking is blocked in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, when the visitor’s country cannot be resolved, and when Global Privacy Control or a saved refusal applies. There is no consent banner. Ad clicks and impressions may still be counted by Meta. Browser settings and blockers can further limit measurement.

Cookie settings records your advertising choice, timestamp, notice version and detected country on this device and on our server using a private visitor reference. The versioned notice describes the data, Meta as recipient, and measurement and optimization purposes. Each order retains the choice at payment; server reporting checks both that record and your latest choice. Changing your choice preserves previous evidence of acceptance. You can withdraw permission here at any time; this applies immediately and across open tabs on this site. Blocked purchases are never replayed. Blocking or clearing browser storage may remove saved choices.
